Cristina Oliver — Perinatal Support
Perinatal support · Doula · Breastfeeding counsellor

You shouldn't have togo through this alone.

Pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period are extraordinary life passages — and often lonely ones. My approach is rooted in being rather than doing.

Cristina Oliver — doula
My commitment

Presence,
respect and love.

As a doula, I commit to accompanying you with respect and love through an approach rooted in being rather than doing. I don't seek to give advice or guide you towards my own convictions.

"My tools are bridges, not recipes. Together we choose what serves you in this moment of your journey."

During pregnancy, I offer a safe, non-judgmental listening space. During birth, I am there unconditionally. And afterwards, I remain available to support you.

The role of a doula

A doula is not
a midwife.

A doula is a non-medical birth companion. I don't replace your medical team — I complement it with continuous presence, emotional, physical and informational support.

I work in Spanish, French and English, and I am a member of the Belgian Doulas Association (DONA Belgium). I am also a breastfeeding counsellor.
